July bookings: July through mid August is our busiest time of year for lodging and typically fills up with 5+ night stays. We ask for a four night minimum at that time. Two and three night stays may be taken at the last minute (within 7 to 10 days) or when a two or three night window is created by consecutive bookings. Thank you for understanding.

Casa De Luna is a big, beautiful home in Salida, just 3 blocks from downtown.  A Salida original, this is an ideal home for a group who wants to leave the car and walk or bike to downtown Salida and all of it's charming amenities. Just 5 blocks to the river!   There are plenty of games and a game table in the game room.  The living room features a new flat screen TV with Blue Ray dvd player and an ipod doc.  See the heart light up on "S" Mountain from the dining room.  There is off street parking in the driveway.  The back patio and yard area are not maintained for guest use, but the porch is the ideal spot to sit and visit when the weather is warm. Sleeping accommodations include a downstairs bedroom with a Queen, 3 bedrooms upstairs including 1 with a Queen, 1 with two twins and 1 with a full and a twin bed.   There is a full bath upstairs and a 3/4 bath down. 

All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soap are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.

Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a share of the cleaning fee ($50). Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays.

Rates are based on eight person occupancy. Add $10 per person per night over 8 people. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability. Please read rental policies.  Your small dog is welcome with a $10/nt fee.  The non-refundable $45 Accidental Damage Insurance fee applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. Payment by check or credit card. Visa or Master Card accepted. Cash or Check receives a 2.9% discount.
