Gone Fishin'

Are the fish jumping?  You can easily check since you are less than a block from river access.   Whether fishing or not, you will enjoy this condo just steps from the Arkansas River. Walk just four blocks  for morning coffee and the quaint galleries, shops and restaurants of historic Salida.  Gone Fishin’ is conveniently close to the Salida SteamPlant Theater and Conference Center.  The Salida trail system starts just down the street. It is perfect for a walk or a bike ride. If you prefer a different kind of bike adventure, the pump track is just around the corner.

This condo is the last unit in a building, which makes it full of light. The owners are amazing cooks so you will find a top of the line modern kitchen (with two ovens!). The open living/dining /kitchen area features hard wood floors, modern comfortable furniture and a big flat screen TV. This house is perfect for a couple’s romantic getaway or for a small family who wants to be close to everything.

Sleeping accommodations include a main level bedroom with a twin bed and a twin trundle.  The second floor offers a master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom with a pull out sofa bed that sleeps one. There is a full bathroom on each floor.

There is a shared back yard (not fenced) and your dog may enjoy this yard with owner supervision and conscientious clean-up. 

All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (Kleenex, napkins and paper towels) and toiletries.

Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $30 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Rates are based on four person occupancy.  Add $10 per night for a fifth person.  Please read rental policies (tab at bottom of page). Owners will consider a SMALL well behaved dog for $10/night that would not be left alone indoors. 

Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.9% fee, or pay by check.
Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.
