Lucy's Casita is a Salida original just 1.5 blocks from "F" Street and 2 blocks from Riverside Park. In the mix of Salida homes, alleys, back yards, cafes and community centers, you are in the middle of our neighborly community. There is plenty of space to gather in the living/dining rooms and when sitting on the front porch you are right at home in the neighborhood. The kitchen is a cozy mix of woods, exposed brick and Lucy's collections. You'll love the private back yard which offers a gas grill, covered dining and in summerr - flower beds and green grass.
Sleeping accomodations include a comfy Queen in the main bedroom which is designed for a good night sleep with it's warm colors and minimal light. There are twin beds in a sleeping alcove (walk through to the back door). There is a futon couch in the dining area for extra sleepers. This home is comfortable for 2 to 6 guests with dining in the kitchen and the dining room. Two bikes are available for guest use. Sorry, no pets at Lucy's Casita.
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $50 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Extended stay rates are available subject to availability.
The $19 booking fee applies towards the cleaning cost which is included with your reservation. This is not charged if the short-stay cleaning charge of $50 is applied (2 night stays). Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.9% fee, or pay by check. Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.
