Scarlett's Den is a darling Salida Victorian just 2 blocks from "F" Street and a half block from Riverside Park. Remodeled with tongue in groove vaulted ceiling in living/dining area, modern kitchen and bath, this home is the ideal in-town lodging. Sleeping accomodations include a comfortable King in the master and twin beds in the second bedroom. The guest cottage in back is heated and warmly wood paneled with a Queen bed (no private bath). The bath has a large walk-in shower. This home is comfortable for 2 to 4 guests; the living area would be pretty cozy for 6.
The gas fireplace offers a cozy place to gather in the living/dining area. There is a DVD player and a TV with cable/satellite, internet is also available . The fenced back yard offers a covered patio area with gas grill. One small pet with approval may be allowed with a $10 a day dog fee.
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $45 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability.
The $19 booking fee applies towards the cleaning cost which is included with your reservation. This is not charged if the short-stay cleaning charge of $45 is applied. Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.9% fee, or pay by check. Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.
