SoHo at Savoy Lofts is a newly finished and beautifully appointed condominium in a historic building in downtown Salida. Upscale downtown living is easy and convenient in Savoy Lofts. Open and bright, this is ideal for a couple alone or with a child, or 1 to 4 adults. Warm colors, central air conditioning and the gas fireplace add to the ambiance. Sleeping accomodations include a comfortable queen bed and a queen sofa bed. The bedroom area opens to the living area. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with marble slab counter tops, stainless appliances and counter seating. Your private deck has a gas grill, patio seating and views of downtown Salida and the mountains beyond. Walk out the door to the charming galleries, cafes and shops. The river is a block away. Enjoy a comfortable, convenient stay in beautiful Salida!
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Rates are based on four person occupancy. State and local taxes are added.
$45 applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. For stays of less than 3 nights, the other half of the cleaning fee will be charged ($30). Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.9% fee, or pay by check. Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.

"Spent the July 4th weekend and Savoy Lofts vastly exceeded all expectations. It is very upscale and quiet although in the middle of Salida. Nothing is missing from making your stay exceptional. You will not touch your car as all restaurants and the river are close by. Don't miss the Salida Cafe for live music on the weekends. We have visited Salida many times and this is the best place we have stayed."
