 A spectacular view of Mt. Shavano guides your arrival to Piney Creek Cabin. Once you step up on the deck you'll know you're "home". The cabin is surrounded by pine, aspen and the sounds of the creek rushing by. The home is comfortable with simple yet ample furnishings, a new kitchen, a large table to gather around and a living room stocked with books, games and movies or head outside and roast marshmallows at the fire-ring by the creek. Piney Creek Cabin is a cozy retreat for a couple or group of 8.*** Two bedrooms offer Queen beds, one room has a futon couch/bed and the sofa converts to a Queen size sleeper.

All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.

Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $30 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Prices are based on six person occupancy. Add $10 per night per person. All reservations include a nonrefundable $45 accidental damage insurance. Reservations of three nights or more include check-out cleaning. Shorter stays incur a $30 shared cleaning fee. A dog is welcome with prior approval only for $10/night. A "virtual" security deposit of $400 in the form of Credit Card authorization which is charged only in the event of violation of the rental agreement (unapproved guest or pet, smoking) or if excessive cleaning is required or accidental damage exceeds what is covered in the damage insurance. 

$45 applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500.  For stays of less than 3 nights, the other half of the cleaning fee will be charged ($30).  Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.29% fee, or pay by check.
Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation. 

Cancellation Policy A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you may move your reservation to another date.
