Cute, comfy and newly remodeled, The Townie is the perfect in-town home for a single traveler, a couple or a group of four to four and a half! **The bedroom offers a queen bed, the sofa converts to a double and the futon chair could be just right for a small one in their sleeping bag. The kitchen is sparkling new and fully appointed for the chef in your group.

The Townie is just two block from Alpine Park and the Saturday Farmer's Market (June throught October). Historic down town Salida and the Arkansas River are 5 blocks away. Walk to restaurants, galleries and shops. The Townie is a tidy victorian on a friendly neighborhood block. Two town bikes are provided for guest use. High speed internet and cable TV add to your vacation comforts!

All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.

Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $45 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability.

Please read rental policies (tab at bottom of page). Published seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. Actual availability is subject to owner use. The $19 booking fee applies towards the cleaning cost which is included with your reservation. This is not charged if the short-stay cleaning charge of $45 is applied. 

$45 applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500.  For stays of less than 3 nights, the other half of the cleaning fee will be charged ($30).  Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.29% fee, or pay by check.
Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you move your reservation to another date.
