You're in the middle of the action at River City Chalet! Sit on the deck in the morning sun and watch the rafts float by or walk a few steps for coffee at the Salida Cafe. All the downtown shops, galleries and restaurants are within minutes on foot or town bike. Make it your FIBArk headquarters! Spring, Summer and Fall are just right for a stay in this brand new, comfortable home with all the amenities.
River City Chalet River City Chalet is brand new, open, airy and well appointed. It has three bedrooms and offers one king, one queen and twin beds. Each bedroom has a roll-away-bed and the loft area has a futon for extra sleepers. Why not pitch a tent by the river in the back yard? Or, make it a romantic getaway for two. It's YOUR vacation home! The fire pit by the river is the perfect spot to gather.
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish, shower and high efficiency laundry soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $30 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. ***Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Extended stays are available subject to owner use. Nightly fees are based on 6 person occupancy. $10 per person per night applies for groups over 6. ASK ABOUT SMALL PARTY DISCOUNTS.
$45 applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. For stays of less than 3 nights, the other half of the cleaning fee will be charged ($30). Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.29% fee, or pay by check.
Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation. One smaller, well behaved dog is welcome for $10/night.
Cancellation Policy A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you move your reservation to another date.
