Sweet Home Salida is a spacious family-style home with room for the whole gang. Simply appointed but comfy, older-syle furnishings but squeaky clean, you'll have everything you need to enjoy your Salida stay. * Free half-day Raft trip from Rock N'Row with a stay of four nights or more! * Two kids bikes for use on your short ride to downtown Salida! * 20 minutes to Monarch Mountain! * Discount swim coupons at Salida Aquatic Center - our hot springs pool! Sweet Home Salida is within walking distance from the hot springs pool and local bike shop. Just a quick bike or drive to historic Salida (12 blocks). This home offers an open living dining area, and a family room with a wood burning stove.*** Four bedrooms include two queens, a double bed and bunk beds. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper in the family room. Private back patio with colorado mountain views has gas grill for barbeque picnics or morning coffee. Large grassed yard for croquet or Frisbee. Separate fenced area for dogs.
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $40 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Rates are based on eight person occupancy. Add $10 per person per night over 8 people. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability. Please read rental policies (tab at bottom of page). Published seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. Actual availability is subject to owner use.
$45 applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. For stays of less than 3 nights, the other half of the cleaning fee will be charged ($40). Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.29% fee, or pay by check.
Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you move your reservation to another date.
