July bookings: July through mid August is our busiest time of year for lodging and typically fills up with 5+ night stays. We ask for a four night minimum at that time. Two and three night stays may be taken at the last minute (within 7 to 10 days) or when a two or three night window is created by consecutive bookings. Thank you for understanding.
Newly remodeled "Row House" with modern furnishings and antique accents; located in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance to Historic Downtown Salida. Minutes from wonderful parks, shops, art galleries, restaurants and the beautiful Arkansas river - the gateway to your outdoor adventure!
The open living / dining area features hardwood floors and a large granite gas fireplace creating intimacy and warmth; perfect for a romantic getaway or for the family to cozy up in front of on a chilly winter night. The Kitchen with it's granite countertops and new appliances is perfect for the chef in the group! Salida Row features two cozy bedrooms with comfy new Queen size beds and a shiney clean, modern bathroom. There is an inflatable mattress for a kiddo on the floor. The home offers a flat screen TV with cable channels and WiFi is now available. Neighboring Alpine park is perfect for the kids and is home to Salida's colorful Farmer's Market from June through mid October. The bike trails are also nearby along with just about any outdoor adventure of your choice! There is a small outdoor area with seating in the back yard and a garage is available for your use. Your dog may enjoy the shared back yard with owner supervision and conscientious clean-up.
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $45 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Rates are based on four person occupancy. The non-refundable $45 Accidental Damage Insurance fee is charged for stays over 3 nights. This applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. Add $10 per person per night over 4 people. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability. Please read rental policies (tab at bottom of page). This house welcomes a well behaved dog for $10/night that would not be left alone indoors.

Review Submitted June 2, 2010 ***We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The fireplace was fantastic. It was nice having the CD player and music. We also used the DVR + TV. We had fun at Mt. Princeton Hot springs and the parade and the lighting of Christmas mountain was terrific. The shops were also fun to go through.
