River Run Inn Sleeps 12 in bedrooms and 14 more in 3rd floor single beds and futon for a total of 26 guests.
***The Arkansas River flows behind the River Run Inn offering private access for fishing, boating and relaxing. Ideal for groups, weddings or family retreats, River Run Inn offers spacious accommodations, sweeping mountain views and convenience to downtown Salida. This historic property was built in 1892 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The rooms are elegant and a gracious front porch invites guests to relax and view the glorious Colorado sunsets. A smaller back porch is a favorite for morning coffee and watching hummingbirds. The property sits on five acres and is an ideal place for rest and relaxation. The location on the Arkansas River, with an eighth of a mile of private, blue ribbon fishing for our guests, not only makes it a peaceful retreat, but idyllic for the angler.
***Salida's historic downtown is 3-1/2 miles from this property with it’s charming restaurants, shops and art galleries. The area is known for superb mountain biking, fishing, rafting and kayaking, hot springs, and the Monarch Ski area.
First floor: Bedroom with private bath
Second floor: Four Bedrooms with private baths
Third floor loft: 12 single beds, sofa bed and Bedroom; bath with shower
The guest house next door is often occupied, however; the presence of the occupant is discrete and the 5 acre property is available for the private use of guests at River Run Inn.
***While we do not have a restriction as to the age of children in your party, please understand that this 3-story house is not equipped with cribs, high chairs, or other child safety devices. The stairs, antiques, personal belongings and proximity to the river necessitate supervision of children in the home and on the property.
***Burning of candles and pets are not allowed in the house or on the property.
***Whether you are planning a quiet getaway with family or friends, a re-energizing retreat with co-workers or the perfect mountain wedding, River Run Inn will make your gathering memorable.
***All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent and toiletries.
***Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $100 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays.
3 room rental: $300/night, 3 night minimum stay*
4 room rental: $400/night, 3 night minimum stay*
5 room rental: $500/night, 3 night minimum stay*
6 room rental: $600/night, 3 night minimum stay*
Dorm available only on a 6 room rental package for an additional: $15 per person/night
* if a 2 night stay is preferred, there will be a $100 additional fee applied to your booking

A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you move your reservation to another date.
