A Colorado mountain dream come true, the view from this stunning home is a rolling sea of mountain tops by day and the shimmer of the milky way by night. Take it all in from the hot tub on the wrap-around deck. Your party of 2 to 12 will relax in the light filled living room, or recreate in the play room at the hand made bar or with a game of pool. There is wifi but in the mountains it may not speedy enough for business.
This home offers a master suite with a King Size Bed on the main floor. The bright lower level has a large rec room with two futon sofas and three bedrooms and a full bath. Beds in these rooms include two queens and bunk beds. A total of twelve can sleep comfortably. Crown of the Rockies is a 5.2 mile drive from the convenient Cotopaxi store; 23 miles from Salida and all it's charming amenities; 30 minutes from picturesque Westcliffe; 50 minutes from Monarch Mountain Ski Area and right in the middle of the views you dream about. This home is very private and the drive way is 1/2 mile long. It is plowed but can have snow pack in the winter. All wheel or 4 wheel drive is recommended in winter. Front wheel drive with good tires would probably be fine. Sorry no ATV's are allowed on this property.
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, groceries and toiletries. We recommend you bring drinking water as the water does not always taste great (from a cistern). Bring a phone card. There is a land line but limited cell reception. TWO NIGHT STAYS OK with $65 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse two or three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Payment by check or Visa / Master Card with a 2.29% fee. Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation. ***Cancellation Policy A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you move your reservation to another date.
