July bookings: July through mid August is our busiest time of year for lodging and typically fills up with 5+ night stays. We ask for a four night minimum at that time. Two and three night stays may be taken at the last minute (within 7 to 10 days) or when a two or three night window is created by consecutive bookings. Thank you for understanding.
Le Petit Soleil is a big, beautiful home offered by the Little family. Welcome! We hope you will return season after season. Make yourselves at home in this spacious, newly decorated home. Guests love the bright, cheery and colorful interior and the close to town location. Hand painted tiles color the kitchen. Gas fireplaces make it cozy in winter and Air Conditioning in all bedrooms cool you off in summer. The large rear sunroom has a kiva style fireplace and cozy in-floor heating. Walk out to the patio and relax in the hot tub! Two town bikes are available for your use. Stash your bikes, skis or kayaks in the storage shed in the rear. Sleeping accommodations include: Master - King, Bedroom 1 - Queen, Bedroom 2 - Queen, Bedroom 3 - 2 twins, plus an inflatable Queen size matress for the sunroom. Three full baths.
Le Petit Soleil is ideal for a family or group get together any time of year. Walk 5 blocks or ride our townie bikes to downtown Salida and all of it's charming amenities. Just 8 blocks to the river.
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soap are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a share of the cleaning fee $62.50. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Rates are based on eight person occupancy. Add $10 per person per night over 8 people. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability. Please read rental policies.
Your pet is welcome with a $15/nt fee. The non-refundable $45 Accidental Damage Insurance fee applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500.
