July bookings: July through mid August is our busiest time of year for lodging and typically fills up with 5+ night stays. We ask for a four night minimum at that time. Two and three night stays may be taken at the last minute (within 7 to 10 days) or when a two or three night window is created by consecutive bookings. Thank you for understanding.
The views are outstanding from this lovely house on the ridge! From the front deck and living room enjoy panoramic mountain, valley and blue sky views. Convenient to the junction of 285 and Hwy 50, travel just 10 minutes east into charming, historic Salida or 15 minutes west to Monarch for world class skiing, mountain biking and hiking.
The home offers two separate living areas, a main and lower level. It's great for those multi family or friend trips with plenty of space for everyone! The main level features large and open living space with lots of windows and access to two decks. A gas fireplace and TV are in the living room. This level also has a master suite with a Queen bed and it's own deck. The second bedroom offers a Queen and the third has a Full size bed.
The lower level features a large family/rec room with a gas fireplace and TV. You can comfortably sleep 4 on two Queen sofa beds, and there is a full bath. An additional lower level bedroom has a Queen bed and a double sofa sleeper. There are additional blow up mattresses for the big slumber party!
Other amenities include a charcoal grill, VCR and jacuzzi tub in master bath. There is a phone for local calls (bring a phone card) and wireless internet.
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soap are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $82.50 cleaning fee except during High Season and Holidays (in addition to the $45 accidental damage insurance). Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Pets OK on approval.
Rates are based on eight person occupancy. Add $10 per person per night over 8 people. $45 applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. For stays of less than 3 nights, a short stay cleaning fee will be charged ($82.50). Visa or Master Card accepted. Cash or Check receives a 2.9% discount. Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.

You have a spectacular home! Our three families enjoyed the proximity to Monarch Ski Resort. The veiw was beautiful with plenty of space for us all. We hope to come back again real soon, it felt just like home!

Hello, Thank you for letting us "camp out" in your wonderful home. It was quite spacious and met all of our family's needs. We enjoyed snow mobiling, skiing and snowboarding during our visit! Fun!
