Fourteen thousand foot peaks are the scenic backdrop of Pinon Vista. This home will please and surprise you as the spacious interior opens to a wall of windows showcasing stunning views of the Collegiate Peaks range. Guests love the welcoming open floor plan and generous space for gathering 'round the fireplace, cooking, dining and relaxing. This two story home features a walk out deck from the lower level family room and a wrap-around deck from the main level living area with its panoramic views. All of the comforts and conveniences of home are provided. ***The two main floor bedrooms offer one King and one Queen; twin beds and a queen size convertible sofa are downstairs. The couch in the living room is extra long and comfy for a sleeper. There are two cots available for sleeping bags - bring your own bag and pillow!
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.
Just a six minute drive from Salida and all it's charming amenities; 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain Ski Area and right in the middle of the views you come here for. ONE AND TWO NIGHT STAYS OK with $30 cleaning fee. One and Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse one, two or three night stays during High Season and Holidays.
Extended stay rates may be available subject to availability and owner use. Please read rental policies (tab at bottom of page). Published seasons and rates may change. The $45 booking fee applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Rates are based on six person occupancy. Add $10 per person per night over 6 people. State and local taxes are added. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability.
$45 applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. For stays of less than 3 nights, the other half of the cleaning fee will be charged ($30). Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.29% fee, or pay by check.
Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you move your reservation to another date.
