July bookings: July through mid August is our busiest time of year for lodging and typically fills up with 5+ night stays. We ask for a four night minimum at that time. Two and three night stays may be taken at the last minute (within 7 to 10 days) or when a two or three night window is created by consecutive bookings. Thank you for understanding. Villa on the Green offers comfort and conveniece close to town! Enjoy golf course and mountain views, coffee on the deck or a snuggle by the wood fireplace in this well appointed home. Hop on the walking/bike path accross the street for an easy jaunt to downtown Salida (less than one mile), or a scenic stroll/ride around nearby Franz Lake and on to Sand Lake (yes, the fishing is excellent!). This is a quiet residential area with minimum common wall shared with the neighbor.
Sleeping accommodations include a master suite with a California King and patio access, and a second master suite with a Queen bed and an Extra Long (Queen length) twin bed with deck access. There is also an inflatable twin size mattress for an additional sleeper. Connect your i-pod to the stereo, enjoy cable channels on the flat screen tv and access wifi to stay connected. The garage is available for 1 vehicle with parking for up to 3 more cars. There are bicycle hooks in the garage and room for your skis and kayaks. The all natural snow at Monarch Mountain ski area is 25 minutes away. The best of Colorado's seasons surrounds you.
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soap are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries. Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. State and local taxes are added. Reservations made more than 6 months in advance must pay in full 60 days prior to check in. For stays of less than 3 nights, a cleaning fee will be charged ($25). Visa or Master Card accepted. Cash or Check receives a 2.9% discount.
Cancellations made less than 60 days from check in date will be refunded if the reservation can be rebooked. You may wish to purchase vacation insurance. Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation along with a credit card to secure your dates.
